Pros1 excellent material and sturdy built2 good cushion and lumbar support3 great inclination angles and the chair feels solid4 quality product serves the purpose and for economical price5 after following the page in facebook they even sent a free mouse pad nice customer service touchcons1 poor installation manual and there is scope for improvement2 black plastic caps covering the gas spring above the stand and underneath seat cushion is not firm and covering the rod as expected3 unable to order the chair in different colors as shown in the pictures

Its difficult to find a gaming chair that checks all the boxes without being overpriced or quality not matching the cost especially with all the fake reviews out there

I chose this chair since out of all the other seemingly identical ones all of the reviews felt like they were from real people being on sale helped too
