My advice 1 buy a speedtalk sim card 2 make sure you’re in a wide open space when turning on to get a signal 3 make sure the sim is securely in place mine wasn’t which is why it wasn’t working so i corrected it

You can set up areas that you expect your dog to be in if your dog ventures out of this area it alerts your phone

You can click it with the app to return its location you can also phone it and tell your meandering pet to come backyou have to buy a commercial sim card if you need call function because the sim card came with is data only
