A must for any bodybuilder. Better than gnc's mass gainer. The scoops aren't huge like other mass protein shakes. The bag is huge but you have to use 4 scoops to get one serving. It really works, but you need to drink 2 servings a day.

Cons

It has so much garbage in it that it just destroys your stomach. Stick with optimum or dymatize or a more well known decent company.
