Pros & Cons
Pros
The nema 14-50 allows charging at some campgrounds (with modern rv hookups) and trailer parks. The adapter has a small screen that shows the amp connection, the actual amps charging, and total kwh charged. The cable is thick (for the 32a charging).
Highlights
Quality
Bought 6 months ago and was immediately impressed with the product quality
Overall happy with the connector and glad i bought it but note the warnings above
Im not thrilled about having the issue i had and the extra efforts to video the problem i am pleased that they stood by their product
The construction seems high quality but it is not ul or etl certified
Competitiveness
It worked fine and when we added a used 2017 bolt i added a 240v 40amp circuit to the garage
I started w it on a 120v 15amp circuit to charge my 2012 volt
That is for nema 1030 older ungrounded dryerrange 240v nema 1430 newer grounded dryerrange 240v tt30 rv parks 120v
Id like a nema 1430 and nema 1030 pre and post1997 dryer connectors and nema tt30 old 120v 30a trailer connector
