As advertised this is not a smart charger and does not have any wifi or peak charging timer but my bolt can control all of that so it was not needed

Your average dryer outlet is only 30a so do not plug it into anything until you know what the amperage is

Its now showing that its delivering the full 40a and that may be a function of the car accepting a slightly higher charge rate than before tesla has updated its software several times since i first got the charging system
