Usb plus optical and coax inputs provide for three devices. Works for itunes music, streaming from my mac through usb. Works with spotify premium's extreme quality 320kpbs streaming. Has usb, coax, and dual optical inputs.
The v90 has great sound playing pcm, better than smsl m8 by a little. The tamps give very clean sound. The soundstage is good. The v90 sounds even a little more neutral/smooth in the midrange and has finer detail.
New to the hifi scene. To appreciate the increased the rest of your music system (amp, speakers, cabling, etc) need to be of high quality.
Cons
Musical fidelity 300b tube amp didn't sound good with my 300b tube amp. The dac in my phone is far superior to this unit. You are under manufactures warranty and they will be able to process theexchange or repair the item for you.

Like i said before for the price i can not imagine anything better
But we are talking off nearly 7 times the price
If you cant hear anything return it and be happy that it only cost you a few bucks in a restocking fee
Packaging/appearance
There isnt much in the packaging the device itself and an ac adapter for power

Update 04242016i got a chromecast audio for the wife and its hooked up via the optional optical cable to my v90dac

There are thirdparty options for power supply upgrades which may extend the performance of the unit wall wart psu however i have not tried one yet
