Love lls products are they use quality ingredients and are fairly priced. Good price compared with other companies. Great alternative to shroom tech by onnit, much cheaper and easier to source in the uk.
Easy to * capsules with a fibrous earthy smell. Reminds me of the smell of dried mushrooms that one soaks to add to recipes.
Some of the benefits of mushrooms can take a few months to really become noticeable. Sleeping and recovery from exercise appear improved since i started using it.
