Idk what everyone is complaining about it works period i get giant balls of hard wax dr couldn’t remove so i bought this years ago i leave it in ear all night put a cotton ball in to stop from leaking and in morning flush it works every time for everyone in my family i only use it when i get a big buildup i don’t use it until then even years after it expired it still worked it is the best product for getting hard built up wax out of your ears if you use it properly and the syringe is the proper size  Read Less
