Otherwise its a trip to see the doctor screaming and pain and a large ball of wax the size of a malted milk ball is removed from each ear every 6 months or so

I dont have any particular ear problems i just use the drops on occasion and on regular basis to keep the ear wax from building up and keep my ears in good working order

Dont give up if you dont have immediate results as it takes some time to get the wax to dissolve and dislodge
