The tail vanes were unbalanced and didnt turn freely in the wind when initially installed

The only con is that it doesnt spin so you need to put it where the normal wind direction will activate it

As far as putting it together it was kinda tricky

When it was put together only the back part would spin so my husband found some nuts and bolts and was able to fix it so it would spin
