I did find a few of the percents of daily doses quite high but i am sure that if i were to tally up all of the nutrients that i eat daily some would be off the charts and others non existent

Plant based vitamin a sources are less likely to cause toxicity than animal based sources but taking 500 of the recommend daily value every day still seems to me to be a bit risky at best and downright foolhardy at worst

While the label says the serving size is 3 tablets i see that the product description online says the serving size is 13 tablets
