Pros

Spent hours searching through various options and reading reviews. These are great! Good for the price.

They come with removable covers that can be washed. Cover is a bit loose fitting, but that also means it's easy to remove, for cleaning. Although i returned this wedge, it’s good quality and it has a cover that is machine washable.

Cons

The pillow is milo gear firm, offers no support and due to shrinkage the pillow case is almost a size too big. The foam is firm enough; but the wedge slides out of position readily. It is much too flimsy and lightweight to work.
