Pros

The capsules are tasteless and easy to *. I take this with 5-htp, claritin and melatonin every night and take it first so that the other pills help wash it down. I like the fact that they are third party tested since my son has celiac.

Innovix labs milti-strain probiotic contains over 30 strains. Contains a prebiotic fiber to keep the bacteria well fed. Billion cfu in one pill. Great multi-strain options.

This is an amazing product with a great value. Innovixlabs is a great company - they share data, respond well, and are quick to deliver.

Cons

Lactobacillus & bifido are ineffective for sibo. Caused gas and slow digestion. I tend to be sensitive to probiotics that aren't designed for people with histamine intolerance.
