Pros

The size is large, but it is a clear gelatin capsule, so it goes down with food easier than some. Haven't had to take any of my normal otc stuff.

This supplement delivers. Joint pain in knees have vanished. Stronger nails and hair.

Cons

The are othe brands who do the same and really work. Tried it again after a week for 1 day and got another migraine for two days. Total rip off and shady.

Easy to swallow or put in smoothies

Having been a customer for years now i am disappointed to see the product quality is diminishing rapidly

I quit taking it for a time and my skin started drying out and coming off in somewhat big patches of skin

This is a great brand at a reasonable price

As the price continues to fluctuate toward the extreme 40 dollars for this is not what one expects to find when they buy it

I’ve tried cheaper prices but they don’t compare

But it is a bit pricey for a months supply
