Pros

Ancient nutrition collagen pills with probiotics are amazing. Within 60 day of using some joint pain in knees have vanished. I have no way of knowing but if you want strong nails take what i did.

Cons

The are othe brands who do the same and really work. Total rip off and shady. Go with another brand.

The product is marketed as 90 pills, but send a bottle of 30. Seems they did away with it and put it in a pill form. They get stuck in my esophagus. Luckily the bottle was sealed but had the broken capsule.

Did not want to take ashwagandha, turmeric or ginger root. Tried it again after a week for 1 day and got another migraine for two days. Never again. This is the 2nd month that i have received the wrong product. Did not see these herbs mentioned in the... Read More
