Easy to the blades and container are dishwasher-safe, making cleanup convenient. Easy to use and extremely easy to swap out the different blades. Toss in dishwasher and comes out absolutely clean.

It makes light work when dicing lots of veggies. Great for prepping veggies. Can't wait to try it on it other veggies and cheese.

Cons

For an item that attempts to handle all of your slicing and dicing needs, it does none of them well. A traditional mandolin is significantly better at making thin slices.
