Pros
It holds more empty capsules, and more water. Keep brewing. The espresso is about as good as you can get from a pod.
It's great to have a reputable product, but good customer service / support is worth even more. The price is the best you'll find. Secondly, the customer service is top notch.
The machine is amazingly fast and the expresso comes out hot! They really respond fast. It is a little loud sometimes but it heats up fast and is simple to operate.
Cons
Extremely disappointed with the durability of the machine. Company will stand behind it, they are reputable, but the product itself *. Company is dishonest and their product is not of merchantable quality.
The first one leaked water out of the bottom of the unit. It's intermittently uneven on the amount of water dispensed. The area that is supposed to pressurize and force hot water through the pods is poorly designed.
Lights go on like it is heating up, but the lights just keep blinking. Looked up videos online to troubleshoot and nothing. Never received replacement.
Second machine with the same issue. Their warranty is bs. Have to do 2 double shots to get a decent coffee.

The price is the best youll find
For the price i dont think this machine can be beat

It works as well as the expensive models at a fraction of the price

Bought it after i went to europe and forced to interact and then fall in love with similar machines at various airbnbs

This device came with a 24 month replacement warranty however that page isnt even active on muellers website anymore

I recommend buying machine cleaning pods any compatible brand will do to clean the machine every month
