Easy to set up rather difficult to get all the water out of when finished

It’s easy to clean to water bladder the hose not so much that was a bit of a struggle removing the end to end and only allowed for 2 liters

Only problem extendable bite valve is a challege to retreat water specially when you thirst have to bite hard and suck it at same time

I do not have a long torso so this pack will probably not fit anyone over 510 comfortably

Firstly the insulated part of the back isn’t waterproof so when putting ice in the pack you should expect to get wet once it melts
