Pros
The right color, perfect comfort, just the right firmness. Well balanced face pressure and comfort. Definitely very comfortable and relaxing.
The circular shape (as opposed to the open crescent style) keeps the client's face in the cushion. My clients are going to be very pleased.
Perfect thickness. Easy clean material. Made of very soft vinyl. Thicker than my last one but nice and soft!
Cons
The smell is awful and is giving me headaches. We have alsso requested a return several times with no response from seller.

Aftermarket crescent style face cushions tend to spread apart and just dont work as well
