Pros

They are foam but durable as well. The foam makes them much safer and easier to maneuver because they are lightweight. They seem to work well for her for training purposes, and the foam is plenty thick.

These are good for practicing the art of ninjitsu in a safe and family-friendly environment. My nephews are both beginners and they love these nunchucks. Practiced bruce lee moves and never used them before.

Cons

The foam is a bit stiff and could hurt when you get whacked with them. The red ends are not part of the black body either and are cheaply glued on. It is still the same cheap hollow plastic cores that break easily.

I like how they are packaged with 2 different nunchucks so my son can practice with one or two

I also thought the carrying case was a really nice touch
