It's very thick and the top seam has a mesh reinforcement and nice metal grommets. That means it drapes well, it's durable, and it resists getting * into the shower. The frosted finish has a satin feel and looks prettier than clear plastic.

The magnets are pointless. The grommets are really thick and do not stay on the liner hooks.
