Pros
Powdered fiber contains both soluble and insoluble forms of fiber. Works to improve gastro intestinal health. Makes stools softer, easier to pass, and bigger.
Reviewer says it mixes well and doesn't taste bad. Comes with a plastic measuring scoop and can actually reseal the package after each use, unlike many powder pouches out there. Great for cold oats and coffee.
Cons
This is incredibly thick, does not dissolve and literally makes me choke. This fiber is very grainy and it doesn’t fully dissolve in water.

This is the absolute best fiber i have used
Great fiber product for improving gastro intestinal health
Corn husks and straight probiotics didn’t help me at all and i tried a lot of different other powder and pill supplements
Its very finely ground and not noticeable in my cereal

Much better price than at the health food store
A little pricey but it was worth it for me
And its a good price on amazon

The one negative comment i have is cant believe im even mentioning this is the bag is too largetall for the content but small for my hand to get the scoop and serving
