Pros
Chocolate is not very tasty, but it gets the job done. Mix it with unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Natural whey protein recommended by our nutritionist.
It dissolves really well, no clumps. It kind of lathers up/gets foamy, but that's not a deal breaker by any means. It adds texture and chocolate ioe cream taste to my morning smoothie.
The flavor it does have is quite delightful. The frozen popsicles taste great. This tastes better and i prefer that it's sweetened with stevia.
Cons
It advertises no aspartame of acesulfame k. But what they used to sweeten it instead tastes pretty fakey.

It does need to be mixed in a blender or shaker cup or it will remain clumpy though and it does not taste good just mixed with water

I would not recommend this protein for use with water only but most protein does not taste the best with water in a shaker bottle
