Pros
Cheap cca cabling is helpful for patch panels as very flexible. Works at gb speeds so good. Used for cctv poe system.
Cons
This product is not cat5e and is not capable of 1gb ethernet speeds. The reel has been made by cutting off 50m, folding it in half, then rolling it up. It has no shielding and the metal is copper-coated aluminium and not copper, so very brittle.

It can be made to work putting plugs on the end but not a good idea
