Unit was easy to install and works fine

New heater has been working great since the install

Became intermittently noisy after about 3 days in operation and very noisy after about a week

Puts out a lot of heat in a short time but without scorching its mounting or surrounds

I did find the exact same heater in town on sale for 100 less with a regular price equal to amazon

New heater was shipped to me but without prepaid return shipping

I had to pay return shipping but was credited the shipping cost onto my account
