Pros
Filter comes with 3 sets of changeable adapters. Using this as a pre-filter for straining used naphtha when draining a parts washer. Also used a few 90 fittings to keep hose from kinking.
Would recommed this filter for cars, riding mowers or any item needing a fuel filter. Use teflon tape on the plastic barbs.
Very nice gad filter. Well made, does the job as expected. Seams to be of good quality. Better price than auto parts store.

Also regarding the plastic nipples make sure you use teflon tape and they wont leak even with the casting flash in the threads

Other people may have seen leaks but i dont see how if you use a little common sense when people talk about the glass to metal connection its actually not glass to metal its glass to a rubber washer

I cant imagine it leaking but people should make sure the glass tube is centered on the rubber washer inside the metal edge and also may want to consider wiping a very thin coating of vaseline on the edge of the glass tube if it doesnt appear to be seating properly against the rubber washer

I read several reviews on this clear view fuel filter that claimed it leaked and was poor quality

I couldnt check it as it was one piece beige plastic and did not come apart
