This is the second time i've purchased this ice tea maker. It's a little expensive for what it does, but this is a necessity in my home. This one is much easier for me to use since it’s not so heavy. It is awesome.

Every one manufactures a lemon occasionally, but don't let the negative reviews dissuade you from buying one. Only problem is the on button. Makes a great pitcher of tea in under 10 minutes.

The power button broke within the first week. This causes the unit to leak when moved after using. You have to pour slowly the spout is very small and this causes spillage. It leaks while brewing and there are too many parts.
