The only issue mic is inbuilt in earphone not in the cable so people cant hear properly if you are in open area with noise

Only draw back for me was the loops that go over the back of your ears are not adjustable and they do not go up and down so there is no way of tightening the hold

They stay in the ear ok although on the first couple of runs the left plug kept coming loose after a while but that has stopped happening now
