Pros
Mp3 has an excellent wireless connection with my phone. It's the closest thing i've found to the original sansa clip for listening to audiobooks. It also comes with a little pair of wired headphones.
Incredibly durable, reliable mp3 player. Price has gone up, but i still recommend this as a very worthwhile purchase or gift. One complaint i do have is that i had a hard time reading the type.
Mp3 is lightweight, comfortable, battery lasts pretty long. Easy to configure. Comes with a yellow and a black watch band, so it can have a sleek or a funky look.
The touchscreen works well. The menu is a little tricky at first to navigate. Bluetooth works, though you have to reconnect if you pause too long.
Cons

Customer support is nonexistent online. Sent email to their customer support and came back as incorrect email. Device itself looks great but any computer or laptop you try to hook it up to the device will not appear.

Before buying this mp3 player wireless was only on my smartphone the smartphone is large in size and relatively heavy in weight in the morning i was uncomfortable to play sports

The watchband is nice but i dont use it so i would be happy to pay less closer to 30 and just get the clip next time

This device has frozen up on me a couple of times after i downloaded a bunch of things the reset button is too tiny but i found that similar to the sansa clip i could press and hold the menu button and the power button at the same time for twenty seconds release both buttons at the same time then press power as usual to restart it without loss of content this may be in the manual i couldnt find my manual

Regarding being more user friendly its too easy and frustrating to backtrack an entire chapter when you only want to rewind a few seconds of audiothats my biggest frustration with this devicethe rewindfast forward buttons are tricky and all of the buttons on the sides of the device are similarly shaped if you use it as a clip its too easy to get this compact squareshaped device turned around
