Pros

This blanket helps me settle and keeps me from tossing and turning in the night.

It doesn't feel overly heavy, it actually feels comforting. Really comfy. The softness is great and the weight is good as well.

Smaller squares keep beads in place, so it is more manageable. The only downside is that since it is in a washable cover, it kind of slides around a bit inside there. I like the fact that the cover is removable for easy washing.

The weight is perfect (15 pounds) and he has slept comfortably through the night since. This blanket resolves the problem. My grandson loves this weighted blanket so much that i ordered one for my granddaughter!

This blanket has both a soft, warm, plush side as well as a plain side which is better for cooler weather. It has 2 different materials on either side. Fuzzy (warming) on one side and smooth (cooling) on the other.

Cons

The blanket is way too heavy to realistically use and wash. The beads weren’t distributed evenly in the blanket. It weighs too much to move around.
