I got the 15lb size and it worked for me since im a little over 150 lbs
Well now im convinced this is a worthwhile product
It ties with the cover in enough places that the blanket stays put under the cover

The weighted blanket can be hand washed but its much more fragile

I wish i would have gotten the 20lb as it is recommend but i used one at my friends house thought it was too heavy now this one is not heavy enough
