Pros

My experience with these shock mounts confirms the good reviews they have on the web. Used recently at the world famous icehouse in a crowded room. My only concern is durability.

Cons

The mount is not strong enough to hold a zoom h6/h8 even though they're listed as compatible devices. The mounting screw for the recorder is standard 1/4-20 (standard for camera gear) i simply can't mount it on my nikon z6 ii.

I like how easy it was to use, but disliked its usefulness. Its moderately priced. Do not recommend.

The mount is very weak. It just flops about and is not functional for my setup. Using it strapped on to my camera in hand or on my shoulder rig, every step i take it wobbles up and down.

They work well with my pair of takstar sgc 600 mics mounted on a boom whose own shock mounts are pitiful

This allows me more versitility with my video rig
