Pros

Mic works fine with the use of a lightning to 1/8-inch adapter (not included) the light works well for it's purpose, it's nice to have 3 different brightness settings. Mic needs battery, and need to get iphone adapter if using with iphone.

The led light is bright and multi-colored for a more natural lighting. It attaches easily to a tripod or works well as a handheld. It can also be removed so the gear can be * into a tripod.

Everything comes in a nice zippered semi-hard case which i always appreciate. The whole kit is easy to set up and came with the battery for the micro phone.

Had a 3. Version. Love this already. No regrets. It is excellent.

The grip is nice and has heft to it. Nice touch adding the strap. The light works great. The rig is good.

Cons

Mic physically connects but does nothing. There is no earphone jack on the new phones so this kit is basically useless if you bought it for audio, like i did.
