Pros

Glucosamine chondroiton is a great choice to help ease inflammation in joints. This helps my fibromyalgia pain and arthritis pain a little. Osteoarthritis was diagnosed.

Cons

The normal dose of hyaluronic acid for pain relief is 100mg twice per day. This product has only 3. Expiration date is in two months, june 2021. Even though i take 2 a day they're not as effective as one of move-free's 1 pill daily types.
