Pros
It is sturdy and it tilts. It seems to be very sturdy as long as you use the provided lag screws to fasten to your wall studs.
Easy to install and annoy beat the price. Optional hardware is included for every eventuality during installation. Accessories are complete and the functions are detailed on the instructions.
The straps are a nice touch, easy to get at and they grab the mount when released. The tv is easy to attach to the mount. You need to have a helper to hold the mount while installing since it's a little bit heavy for a single person to hold it.
Cons
Good for those that don't wanna tilt the tv, if you wanna tilt it, forget it.

I bought this for 20 about a year ago on amazon and if you went in store it would be 50100 so definitely a great deal
Can’t beat the price trust with expensive tv

I had to screw one and a half inches of plywood to my two studs so that i could move the mount over 6 inches and have at least 1

I only mounted a 44lb tv so if you are fully loading this thing you better go 234
