    Some reviews complained that the vertical tilt was too loose and their tv would fall face down but they may have failed to realize that you can tighten the bolt that is located hidden by the plastic bolt covers

    Simply remove the bolt cover tighten the bolt with the supplied allen wrench and it will fix this issue

    If i had a complaint neither of the two included sets of screws to mount to the tv were the correct length for my samsung tv one set was too short the other too long
