Pros & Cons

Pros

Shape of the bottom lets your swirl your milk easily, and prevents the swirl from splashing out if you get overzealous. The shape of the spout helps you pour latte art pretty smoothly with more contrast.

This works great. Highly recommended it. Nice to the touch.

I know it's a premium milk jug and is quite pricey, but it's worth every penny. Switched from espro toroid to this and a world of difference. Lhigh quality stainless.

Cons

The top border got rusted after the first wash.

Great spout and handle make latte art a breeze and the pitcher body is thick and durable

The handle fall off after a month used less than 20 times

Dont buy the poor quality chinese steel products from other brands

This pitcher is certainly a bit pricey but if youre spending 15 for a 12oz bag coffee its worth spending a bit to get a decent pitcher

Shipping

Don’t trust the vendor shipping eatimate it will just disappoint you

Competitiveness

I highly reccomend this one as opposed to other proffesional quality pitchers

Switched from espro toroid to this and a world of difference

And motta is top quality in its design though it certainly costs more than any of the other brands

The larger version worked just as well although its only suited for larger drinks

However there are two bits about it that make the learning curve on it a tad tougher than a straightsided pitcher like rattleware offers

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

The angled top half by height roughly quarter by volume really forces the foam together

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

This can be good for latte art contrast if you pour quickly from relatively high up since a large amount of foam can easily penetrate below the crema layer right off the bat decreasing the chance of an accidental blob or whiteout later in the pour when running out of milk

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

This does make it particularly difficult to recirculate the milk though so settling after steaming has a disproportionately high impact on foam consistency

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Nonfat milk will be noticeably trickier and users are best off waiting for an espresso shot to be just about done pulling so any milk is poured right after steaming

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Since foam will coalesce at the mouth a bit faster it behooves the user to do a stepped pour stopping after the first penetration of the crema to recirculate the milk and then resuming the pour

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Im not saying the tip makes things any more difficult just that it requires adjustment

Likewise it is easy to angle the pitcher too far in towards the body
