I would rate them medium warmth as they seem to breath a little and these may be water resistant but not waterproof

When i ride at 7 degrees above zero the finger tips froze fairly quickly behind the wind guards on my handlebars

Feels like frostbite forming on the fingertips which isnt a good testimony to the inside of the gloves
