One unique feature of this blade is that it has a dot about the size of a pea which is supposed to change color from black to yellow when it has been worndegraded if installed correctly the dot will face the cabin of the car

According to ford parts online and amazon this wiper works for my application along with about 4 variations of this motorcraft part and according to my owners manual the correct blade to use is ww2601pf the f is for flat

The attached photos show the slight difference between the ww2601p and ww2601pf with the pf being the fist photo on the left

I tried switching to bosch clear advantage because i like the idea of the frameless wipers and that turned out to be a big mistake

They were worn out in less than 6 months and never really worked that well
