Pros

Display is hand held and very readable. The interface is easy to use.

This device has it all; scanning error codes, clearing codes, engine diagnostics and more. It allows me to see what the diagnostic code is when the check engine light comes on. It's like having a smart helper in your pocket.

Cons

It has no batteries so it only works when connected to the car. Media could not be loaded. Does not connect to 2011 hyundai accent. Can't even open the d____ thing to put the batteries in.

This is meaningless if there is no way to find these simple pieces of data. This is unnecessarily confusing because the manufacturer provides so little information. Very low value.

Quick and easy to use to read and clear codes

I plugged it in and turned on the key and it read out four codes all of which had to do with the mass air flow sensor

It plugs right in under your dash and is almost dummy proof
