Pros
The jar seems ridiculously tiny for the price but a little goes such a long way. Stuff goes on like butter.
Cons
The company didn't proactively communicate to customers about this. Gave my newborn a red rash around her mouth/chin. I'm not sure if maybe i just got a bad batch.
Jar was busted opened and leaked onto the box. Jar is ruined. It’s runny and smells like extra * olive oil.

Within 3 days of use that has cleared up so now i am using just a tiny bit on each side daily to keep them soft
Best healing ointment there is highly recommended by my lactation consultant
I’m almost 3 months in to exclusively pumping and it’s not nearly as terrible because of this amazing product
It was staining my clothes i had to use a ton of it and it wasnt effective at lubricating
Price
But i’m happy to pay 15 a month while breastfeeding for this

The ship time is slow but worth the wait
I had an issue with the delivery but overall costumer service was nice and i got my package

Competitiveness
The nipple balm works much better than another brand that i ordered when it comes to healing cracked nipples
I think this one smells and feels better than some of the cheaper brands
I’ve tried a few other brands before but none compare
I have tried 23 other different brands of nipple cream in the past both with lanolin and without

This was also one of the ones recommended by the hospital and lactation consultant because it didnt contain some of the other negative ingredients that other nipple creams do
