I cut the middle zipper pouch out yup i turned the purse inside out and carefully cut the pouch right along the seam where the pouch was sewn into the bag lining

Conceal pocket is not in a zipper pocket on the back of the purse like on many conceal purses

I had been concerned that it might be a little large and heavy for me but i was very pleased to discover that it is exactly the same size as the purse i am replacing but lighter and the other one is fake leather
