It appears they were just sort of chucked into a box and shipped without any regard to their fragile nature

It definitely changed my bowel motions in that they were more regular but thats it

However since ive been on this i know its cleansing me out and im absorbing more nutrients because those cravings are no longer an overwhelming need like they were a week ago and im much more focused and less sluggish not to mention the reduction in extremely depressing bloat that made my pants feel like they were trying to saw me in half
