You have to have the earbuds in the case to charge it and the earbuds

If they are twisted one way up or down in your ear they may not sound the best

I did try them when on a call yesterday and was told i sounded like i was in a small room like a bathroom

Even if they had the ability im pretty sure i would still change the volume through the phone in my pocket

I would have given these headphones a 5 star rating had they worked as a gaming headset i bought them to play fortnite but it seems when the mic is active you can only get telephone quality audio out from the headphones this is a real shame as i find the neckband style to be more comfortable than the over the head style that all gaming headsets seem to use
