I contacted amazon customer support whom stated we have a 3 year manufacturers warranty but was unable to provide contact information or instruction on how to go about getting this either fixed or replaced

I bought 9 of these lights about 1 12 year and all of them are not working properly some leds burn out and according to amazon return policyi can not return them led light fixtures come with 5 years warranty i would like to know who is responsibly for the warranty
