Pros
Moringa and tumeric are natural way to combat inflammation and pain. The inflammation in my right knee is no longer an issue for me. Also my hunger and food cravings are gone.
Caps are fresh, dark coloring, easy to *. Keep in mind much of the multivitamin industry is very questionable.
Cons
Bought these a month ago and did not notice any benefits from taking it. I am a faithful moringa user since 2015 and this brand was not as fresh as the one i had been using.
