Soft is easy to purée and add to sauce, broth, or smoothie. I'm adding this to my scrabble eggs with turkey breast and it’s delicious.

Tofu is one of my favorite foods. I love the silken, silky feel of mori nu tofu.

Cons

Tofu with strongly flavored dressing expires on july 18, 2023. Tastes of tofu is not creamy or silken.
