It is wonderful stuff and did the job fixing cracks in my stucco it is much better than the stucco patch you can buy in the paint store for one thing the flexx is tan and the stucco patch is white

This is a great product but after ordering it several times the last tubes have been very problemsome they do not operate correctly which makes it impossible to apply product and caused us to waste a lot ot it
