Pros

It's easier to get a premade pillow and then reinforce the seams. Not too plush, not too thin, and definitely not too hot.

It's great because i'm a back sleeper and it helps keep me on my side. It use it to sit up and read versus stacking pillows i would have to readjust. This allows for a more lower back-friendly positioning and a decrease in snoring from apnea.

As such, those laundering mistakes are very infrequent. Still if you get the $60 used good shaped option it is worth serging the edges yourself.

Cons

Buyer yes, this is returnable. Sent it back for a refund. Company refuses to stand behind their product.

The downfall for me is the size. It is a lot smaller and not as fluffy. Waaay smaller than advertised. It's just large and cumbersome for my tossing and turning.
