I buy my own mont blanc refills now and believe me it is well worth it

All of the monteverde refills were very blotchy and the ink tends to clump at the tip so that when you begin to write a note the first letter will have a blob of ink on it

If you want a cheap refill for your pen then this is the one for you but if you can afford a mont blanc pen you should certainly be able to afford a mont blanc refill

The refills do fit the mont blanc pens but they are far from mont blanc quality
